The short answer
Yes. Some of our courses are built for complete beginners. Others ask for a beauty, skin or needle qualification first, because they build on skills you already have.

Fast Track into Aesthetics is the route in for people without the usual beauty prerequisites: theory at home first, then practical days in clinic with models provided. The career packages cover several treatments in one block. Anatomy and Physiology Level 4 is mostly home study, so you can start it at any time.
What needs a qualification first
Most single injectables courses ask for a Level 3 beauty qualification, or SPMU or microneedling experience. Advanced courses ask for months of experience at the level below. Each course page lists exactly what you need before you book. See the injectables courses and the skin courses.
Starting with theory online
If you want to learn the background first, our online courses are self-paced, for example Anatomy & Physiology for Aesthetic Practitioners at £79. This online course provides theory and professional development. It does not, by itself, confirm hands-on practical competency. Where practical competency is required, appropriate supervised practical training and assessment should also be completed.
Insurance
Before you book, please check with an insurer that you will be able to get insurance for this treatment once you have completed the course. Insurers set their own requirements, and we cannot guarantee that an insurer will cover you.
About regulation
Regulation of aesthetics in England is changing. The Government has said it will introduce licensing. We will update our courses as standards are published, and we will tell you if anything changes for you.
Your certificate shows you have completed the course. It is not a licence.
