This website is operated by Beauty Aesthetics Academy UK Limited, trading as The Beauty Aesthetics Academy. Course information, prices and entry requirements are correct at the time of publication and may change. The price and entry requirements confirmed to you in writing at the time of booking are the ones that apply.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. A place on a course is secured only when we have confirmed your suitability, you have accepted our course terms and your booking payment or full payment has been received. Cancellation and refunds are explained below.

Booking and paying online

You can book an in-person course online by making a £500 booking payment or by paying the full course fee. Courses costing £500 or less are paid in full. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see your card details.

The £500 booking payment forms part of the total course fee: it is deducted from the fee, and any remaining balance is due before your course.

Paying online books your place subject to our suitability check. We will contact you to check your course entry requirements and suitability where relevant, to confirm your training date and location, and about any remaining balance. Your place is confirmed when we have done this.

Insurance

Before booking a practical course, please check with an insurer that you will be able to get insurance for the treatments you are training in. Insurers set their own requirements, and many require at least six months' needle experience before they will insure injectable treatments. We cannot guarantee that an insurer will cover you.

Cancellation and refunds

If you book online, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract, where that right applies.

After any applicable statutory cancellation period has ended, if you cancel your booking, the Academy may retain an amount reasonably reflecting the direct losses and costs caused by the cancellation. This may include the loss associated with reserving a training place where that place cannot reasonably be re-filled.

Where the Academy is able to re-fill the place or avoid part of the loss, this will be taken into account when calculating any amount retained.

Any amount paid above the cancellation charge will be refunded.

If the Academy cannot confirm your place or cancels the course, you will receive a full refund.

None of this affects your statutory rights.

Suitability

Entry requirements exist for safety. We may ask for evidence of qualifications or experience before confirming a place, and we reserve the right to decline a booking where the requirements are not met.

Certificates and insurance

Certificates are issued on successful completion of a course. Insurers set their own criteria for the treatments they cover, and you are responsible for checking with your chosen insurer before booking. We are happy to help with that conversation.
